Ukiyo Ace is the main protagonist of Kamen Rider Geats, He was the undefeated champion of the Desire Grand Prix who transformed into Kamen Rider Geats for currently unknown goals.
He was often referred to as the Stars of the Stars of the Stars.
Ace would become a God after his physical body was destroyed.
In the final episode, Ace erased all memories of him from the populace, except for Tsumuri and Ziin who maintained a small shrine of him with a petrified Geats IX Buckle as a monument. Occasionally, Ace returned to Earth to remind people that their wishes can come true as long as they wish for them.
Sometime after ascending to Godhood, Ace returned to Earth following the appearance of Mero and Mera, who kickstarted the World Destruction Game. However as Ace attempted to destroy the Jamato Yggdrasil, his soul was separated into four: Ace of Power, Ace of Wisdom, Ace of Luck, and Ace of Heart. Ace of Heart had obtained Geats Oneness in the face of insurmountable odds and defeated Mela, restoring Ace's powers and allowing him to repair the world.
Uses the Desire Driver with Raise Buckles to transform.
Geats is based on a fox. His name is a shorter way of pronouncing kitsune (Japanese word for "fox").
Uses the Magnum Buckle as his Raise Buckle of choice. Has excellent marksmanship with the Magnum Shooter 40X.
The Command Twin Buckle consists of Cannon and Jet Buckles. They grant access to 2 upgrade forms: Raising Form and Command Form. Command Form is accessed when both Cannon and Jet are set on the Desire Driver. Interchangable between Cannon Mode and Jet Mode.
The Boost Mark II Buckle is an upgraded version of the original Boost Buckle. It allows Geats to access his super form, Boost Form Mark II.
Created by a fusion of five Boost Buckles, four of them were used by four past incarnations of Ace, who became Desire Gods at some point in their lives.
Can be combined with the Laser Raise Riser to assume Laser Boost Form to bypass the fatigue side-effect caused by Boost Form Mark II.
The complete final form of Kamen Rider Geats.
The Boost Mark III Buckle is split into the Boost Mark IX Buckle before taking up both slots of the Desire Driver and activating Revolve On.
Hence the Roman numeral IX in his name, Geats IX is based on the nine-tailed fox.

Trivia
Geats might be a corruption of saying Kitsune very quickly.
Geats is short for Kitsune (キツネ) because of its Japanese pronunciation Gitsu, which sounds similar to the Kitsu in Kitsune.
Even though he spells his name Ace, he has kanji for his name in Japanese Eisu (英寿).
Ukiyo can be translated to "transient/fleeting world".
As shown in the Desire Cards held by Niramu in episode 26, there were four past incarnations of Ace, who became Desire Gods throughout the Desire Grand Prix's history. Their names are:
A
Ace Garfield
Yakumo Eisu
Ace Lee
