Sakurai Sara is the older sister of Sakurai Keiwa.
Sara works as an office lady and lives with Keiwa. She and Keiwa lost their parents sometime before the start of the series' events. As Keiwa's only relative, she worries for Keiwa, who struggles to find work, but does her best to support him.
As a huge fan of Kurama Neon, Sara watches Neon TV during her spare time. She is also a fan of Ukiyo Ace.
Resolved to protect Keiwa, Sara participates in the Desire Royale as Kamen Rider Hakubi.
