An antagonist in Kamen Rider Geats.
Jitto is the third Game Master of the Desire Grand Prix.
Jitto seeks to capture Tsumuri and turn her into the next Goddess of Creation after Mitsume. To reach his objective, Jitto cooperates with Samasu (after the latter betrayed Niramu) to eliminate Ukiyo Ace, who stands in their way with his newfound powers as Geats IX.
Unlike his predecessors (Girori and Chirami), Jitto is the most aggressive and merciless of Game Masters. He carries a baton, which he uses to violently attack those who oppress his plans. Because "bad ends" are his specialty, Jitto is an advocate for "bad ends" in the DesiGra games.
Jitto uses the Zillion Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Regard.
After his defeat to Geats IX, Jitto was digitally absorbed by Sueru. Jitto was revealed to be a vessel Sueru designed for the latter's return to physical form.

Scans the Sirius Card through the Zillion Driver to transform.
Regard's name is derived from the word regard, as in a steady look with the eyes ("gaze", "stare", etc.).

Zillion Driver's Accelerate function amplifies Regard's speed, rivaling that of Geats IX.

Rider Belt. Used with a Providence Card to transform into Glare, Glare2, or Gazer. It can also teleport the user to where the Goddess of Creation is held captive.

Rider Belt. Used with a Sirius Card to transform into Regard.
Ninja Dueler
(ニンジャデュアラー)
Twin-blade via Ninja Buckle. Can be split for dual-wielding.
