Chirami is a staff member of the Desire Grand Prix who replaces Girori as the next Game Master.
Following Girori's banishment from the DGP, Chirami introduces a reality show-like atmosphere to the DGP to make it entertaining for the DGP's audience.
Chirami uses the Vision Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Glare2.
