尾上亮
Ogami Ryou is the Swordsman of Earth of the Sword of Logos.
A veteran swordsman of the Sword of Logos' Northern Base for 15 years.
Considers himself to be the strongest swordsman of all, as he carries the massively large Holy Blade, Earth Blade Gekido.
He is the father to Ogami Sora, who he loves dearly. Also considers himself to be the "ultimate king of parenting".
Using Gekido, Ryou transforms into the Kamen Rider Buster, one of the many swordsman Riders in Kamen Rider Saber.

Transforms with Wonder Ride Books attached to Gekido before pulling the blade's trigger.
Also known as the Swordsman of Earth, Buster is the primary wielder of the Earth Blade Gekido.
Buster is based on the Black Tortoise. His element is Gekido (激土) or quaking earth.
