Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Tycoon ID Core attached to the driver, Keiwa transforms into Kamen Rider Tycoon.
Tycoon is based on a tanuki, or Japanese raccoon dog.
Fights at his best in Ninja Form. Frequently finds versatile Buckles, thanks to the luck from his bandage.

The Command Twin Buckle consists of Cannon and Jet Buckles. They grant access to 2 upgrade forms: Raising Form and Command Form.
Command Form is accessed when Cannon and Jet are set on the Desire Driver. Interchanges between Cannon Mode and Jet Mode.

Trivia

• Tycoon's name is probably an anagram of Tanuki.
• Keiwa's name is very similar to "heiwa/peace". His personality has a tendency towards pacifism/peace.
