Azuma Michinaga participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Buffa. His day job is a construction worker. His co-worker Imai Tooru was also in a previous Desire Grand Prix.

Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Buffa Core ID attached to the driver, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa.
Buffa is named after buffalo.
A fierce competitor in the Desire Grand Prix, Buffa battles aggressively against Jamato. Uses the Zombie Breaker as his default weapon.

Buffa is equipped with the Zombie Breaker.
The Boost Kicker on Buffa's shins release intense flames, amplifying his running speed and kicking power.
Combined with Boost's speed, Buffa drags Jamato through the ground with his Berserk Claw.
Interchangeable with Boost Zombie Form via the Desire Driver's Revolve On function.

Buffa is equipped with the Zombie Breaker.
Buffa is armed with the Boost Puncher, exhaust pipe-like armaments on his forearms that release flames for increased power and speed.
Armor parts are modeled after the Boostriker.
Boost Buckle's Boost Time turns the Boostriker into its Buffa Mode for Buffa to get closer to enemies.
Interchangeable with Zombie Boost Form via the Desire Driver's Revolve On function.
