Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Tycoon ID Core attached to the driver, Keiwa transforms into Kamen Rider Tycoon.
Kamen Rider Tycoon is themed after a tanuki, or Japanese raccoon dog.
While competing in the Desire Grand Prix, Tycoon looks after civilians and other Riders.

Accessed by sliding the Boost Buckle into the right slot of the Desire Driver.
Tycoon is armed with the Boost Puncher, exhaust pipe-like armaments on both of his wrists that release flames for increased power and speed.
Armor parts are modeled after the Boostriker.
Revolve On replaces Boost Form's upper body armor with lower body armor.
The Boost Kicker on Tycoon's shins release intense flames, amplifying his running speed and kicking power.

• Tycoon's name is probably an anagram of Tanuki.
