Win was initially brought into the DGP as Kamen Rider Punk Jack for the Duo Concentration game. Because Punk Jack's identity remained anonymous at the time, he was prohibited from speaking or showing his face to anyone.
Hareruya Win appears as a punk rock guitarist. He expresses a romantic interest in Tsumuri.
Win is tasked by the Game Master to put an end to Geats' winning streak.
