Tanba Ittetsu is an elderly man who participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Keiro.

A random selection for the Pirate Game places him on the same team as Azuma Michinaga and Yaginuma Yukie.

According to what he wrote on his Desire Card, Ittetsu's wish is to be young again.

Keiro is based on an owl. His name translates to "respect for the aged".
