Kamen Rider Punk Jack (before identity reveal in episode 9)

Hareruya Win is a staff member of the Desire Grand Prix.

Win was initially brought into the DGP as Kamen Rider Punk Jack for the Duo Concentration game. However, Punk Jack's identity was anonymous at the time, and was prohibited from speaking or showing his face to anyone.

Hareruya Win appears as a punk rock guitarist. He expresses a romantic interest in Tsumuri.

Win is tasked by the Game Master to put an end to Geats' winning streak.

Kamen Rider Punk Jack

Suit actor: Tsutamune Masato

Uses the Desire Driver with Raise Buckles to transform.
Punk Jack is based on a bear and his helmet resembles a jack-o'-lantern. His name is a mashup of punk (or pumpkin) and jack-o'-lantern.
Uses the Monster Buckle as his Raise Buckle of choice.
