Sakurai Keiwa is a 22-year-old college student who participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Tycoon.

Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Tycoon ID Core attached to the driver, Keiwa transforms into Kamen Rider Tycoon.
Kamen Rider Tycoon is themed after a tanuki, or Japanese raccoon dog.
Tycoon fights at his best in Ninja Form. He frequently finds versatile Buckles, thanks to the luck from his bandage.
