Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Tycoon ID Core attached to the driver, Keiwa transforms into Kamen Rider Tycoon.
Kamen Rider Tycoon is themed after a tanuki, or Japanese raccoon dog.
Tycoon fights at his best in Ninja Form. He frequently finds versatile Buckles, thanks to the luck from his bandage.

Wears the Fever Cross Bandage, a golden bandage that balances this form's power.
In addition to the Ninja Dueler, Tycoon's ninja abilities are greatly enhanced in this Fever Form.

Command Twin Buckle

The Command Twin Buckle consists of two Buckles: Command Cannon and Command Jet. They grant access to 2 upgrade forms: Raising Form and Command Form.
Command Form is accessed when both, Cannon and Jet, are set on the Desire Driver. This form has 2 interchangeable modes: Cannon Mode and Jet Mode.
Raising Form

Accessed by sliding Command Jet Buckle into the left or right slot of the Desire Driver.
Upgraded version of Entry Form.
Equipped with the Raising Sword, a sword that charges power each time it hits a target.
The Command Glass visually aim-locks onto targets displayed on the visor.
Upon reaching Full Charge with the Raising Sword, the requirements to assume Command Form are met.

Accessed with the Command Twin Buckle on both slots of the Desire Driver (Cannon on right, Jet on left).
Tycoon's upgrade form. One of two modes.
Equipped with the Raising Sword, a sword that charges power each time it hits a target.
The Command Glass visually aim-locks onto targets displayed on the visor.
On his back is the Tron Cannon, which fires particle-charged blasts and beams at approximately 13km.
