Sueru is the founder of the Desire Grand Prix. He is one of the main antagonists in Kamen Rider Geats.
As the founder of the DGP, Sueru holds the highest authority over the DGP staff, including the Producer.
After Buffa became the JamaGod and created his ideal world, Sueru begins a new game called the Desire Royale, where the Kamen Riders fight each other for the prize of one ideal world to come true.
Under his authority, the DGP staff is responsible for the imprisonment of Mitsume, Ace's mother, and using her powers as the Goddess of Creation to distribute wishes to the victors of the DGP.
Sueru transforms into Kamen Rider Gazer using the Vision Driver confiscated by Samasu from Niramu.

Gazer is named after the word gaze, which is to look with one's eyes steadily and intently.
