Sueru

An antagonist in Kamen Rider Geats.
Sueru is the founder of the Desire Grand Prix. He holds the highest authority over the DGP staff, including the Producer.
After Buffa became the JamaGod and created his ideal world, Sueru begins a new game called the Desire Royale, where the Kamen Riders fight each other for the prize of one ideal world to come true.
Under his authority, the DGP staff is responsible for the imprisonment of Mitsume, Ace's mother, and using her powers as the Goddess of Creation to distribute wishes to the victors of the DGP.
Sueru temporarily transformed into Kamen Rider Gazer using the Vision Driver that Samasu stole from Niramu.
Following his initial defeat to Geats IX, Sueru regained his physical form after he absorbed the Game Master Jitto.
Sueru then proceeded to initiate the final Desire Grand Prix. He uses the Regard Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Regard Omega.

Scans the Providence Card through the Vision Driver to transform.
Gazer is named after the word gaze, which is to look with one's eyes steadily and intently.

Attacks enemies with the levitation of the Dominion Ray, which can also take control of a Rider's mind.
Creates screen projections that shield him from enemy attacks.
Deals powerful blows with a single punch.
Kamen Rider Regard Omega

Suit actor:
Scans the Sirius Card through the Zillion Driver to transform.
Regard's name is derived from the word regard, as in a steady look with the eyes ("gaze", "stare", etc.).

CREATION & MASTER OF ALL. REGARD OMEGA.

Surpasses Regard in combat, but relies on the DGP audience's desires to fuel his combat power.
Uses the Zillion Driver's Reverse function to rewind the moves his opponents are about to make.
Slides Raise Buckles into the Zillion Driver's right slot to access their weapons.

Rider Belt. Used with a Providence Card to transform into Glare, Glare2, or Gazer. It can also teleport the user to where the Goddess of Creation is held captive.
Zillion Driver (ジリオンドライバー)
Rider Belt. Used with a Sirius Card to transform into Regard or Regard Omega.
Magnum Shooter 40X
(マグナムシューター40X（フォーゼロエックス）)
Revolver via Magnum Buckle. Has a Rifle mode for sniping.
