Kamen Rider Punk Jack operates on his own accord, but is prohibited from speaking or showing his face.
Punk Jack is themed after a bear, similar to Shirowe (polar bear) and DaPaan (panda).
Their name comes from a mashup of "pumpkin" and "jack-o'-lantern".
