George Karizaki is a former Fenix scientist and the creator of the Revice System who briefly became the third Kamen Rider Demons and later temporarily Kamen Rider Juuga.

Demons possesses the Demon Bradior, claw-like armaments with the aesthetics of Kamen Rider Black.
Combined with other Vistamps, Demons overpowers Jack Revice with brute strength.

Using the Juuga Driver with the Juuga Vistamp, Karizaki transforms into Kamen Rider Juuga.
Being a direct reference to one of Karizaki's favorite Kamen Riders, Juuga's design pays homage to Kuuga's Ultimate Form.
The Ju in Juuga's name is a reference to the number 10, as in the first 10 Vistamps used by Kamen Rider Revice before gaining access to the Barid Rex Vistamp.
