A crossover between ZyuDen Sentai Kyouryuuger and Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. It is the sixth film of the Super Sentai Festival (スーパー戦隊祭り).

When the Toqgers make their cameo appearance, the sign behind them is designed like a train station sign. It says the current station is "Tokkyuger" and it's got a circle with SS 38 in it. It also translates Tokkyuu as "Limited Express". It says the last stop was "Kyoryuger".
Bordoss has six dinosaur heads, one for each of the Kyouryuuger's partners. Bordoss and his mark were designed by K-SuKe. The mark consists of six dinosaur skulls joined in a circle. It can be seen on the back of the evil Kyouryuuger's jackets.
K-SuKe says Neo-Griffozer has a top-knot haircut because "it's my character design, after all". But overall, he designed it so that people would go "Is that Griffozer?"

When Yayoi is counting down, she uses the same lines that Nakamura does. Commander Takeshi reacts to this.
When Bordoss is defeated, Torin says "Shutdown" which is what the Go-Busters said after defeating an enemy.

Neo-Griffozer is a reference to Griffozer from ZyuRanger.
When Neo-Griffozer becomes a giant, he says something that parodies Bandora's "make things big" phrase. And the footage of the ground splitting is similar to the one shown in ZyuRangers.
One of Dan's lines is "This is no joke!" something he said a few times during ZyuRangers.
"A hope that crosses over time" is a reference to the lyrics of the opening theme song of Kyouryuu Sentai ZyuRanger
