- For the first time in the series, the Go-Busters introduce themselves as "Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters". The only other time they do this is in the Gokaiger VS Gavan Movie, which may not be considered canon. Usada also refers to them that way in episode one, and the phrase is spoken at the end of the second opening, but the Go-Busters never introduced themselves this way until after the rumored shake-up.
- The districts are oddly English sounding. "Deus" and "Maria".
- Toriumi Kousuke who voices Rhino Doubler is a member of Nazo no Shin Unit Starmen.
