Takumi shows his cat tongue when he drinks the hot tea and reacts to it. This is a character trait from the original Faiz series.
According to the news article, Karin dies in a car accident October 25, 2003. The next day, her body disappears along with Sakuma Ryuuichi and Sakamoto Wakana. They're all listed as being 18 years old.
In the past footage, we see Sonoda Mari and an Orphenoch, though she doesn't appear in the episode properly. We don't see the fate of either once the timeline is changed.

Handa Kento and Murakami Kohei reprise their roles from 555.

One of the high school girls is portrayed by stunt actor Sano Natsumi. She was a stunt actress on Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL: Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Riders.
The first girl who disappears and is mentioned in the newspaper is named Sakamoto Wakana, and one of the guest actor credits is Wakana. It's possible that this character is named after this episode's director Sakamoto Koichi.

Tsukuyomi says she had looked forward to meeting Fukushi Sota and Yoshizawa Ryo who were Fourze and Meteor. They're both popular actors now who are busy with movie projects, which probably explains why they don't appear in the episode.
Takumi holds a phone and does his signature Faiz wrist snap when his name is said.
When Kusaka appears, he calls Takumi a liar, which refers to a subplot in Faiz.
When Kusaka is introduced, he's wiping his hands clean. In the original series, he was known for being extremely fastidious.
At the end, Takumi and Kusaka are wondering who wrote the script. They mention Shirakura P, probably referring to Shirakura Shinichiro who's a Toei producer for many Rider series including Zi-O.
