Part of Toei's 60th Anniversary

The movie celebrates the 35th Anniversary of Super Sentai Series. It features Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger and Tensou Sentai Goseiger, among the 199 Heroes with 35 mechas/robos will also be featured in battle. It took place between Gokaiger episodes 16 and 17.

Originally released on May 21, 2011 was postponed due to the Tohaku earthquake and tsunami last March 11, 2011.

Space Empire Zangyack launch the first invasion of Earth.
The Goseigers and GoseiKnight are overwhelmed by the Zangyack invasion forces until they were saved by two Sempai-tachi, Himitsu Sentai GoRanger's AkaRanger and JAKQ Dengekitai's Big One and are told that all 33 Super Sentai are gathering to give up their lives.
With the Sentai supporting warriors giving them safe passage, the Goseigers meet up with the other 33 Super Sentai and the teams proceed to battle the numerous Goumin and Sugoumin.
When the battle reaches its end, many ships fire and all 34 Super Sentai overwhelmed. AkaRanger tells everyone to join their powers together so their combined powers can wipe out all the first invasion force of Zangyack.
Having survived, the Gosei Angels learn that they and other Super Sentai have lost their powers, which have dispersed all over the universe as AkaRed senses the power. Alata believes they can still protect the planet without their powers as the teams go their separate ways.

199 Heroes Big Climactic Battle

Few years later, the Space Empire Zangyack fleet led by Waruzu Giru launched the second invasion of Earth, but the 34 Super Sentai powers have been inherited by these unbelievable rogues, the space pirates, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
After they claimed the 10 sixth Ranger Keys from Basco, the Gokaigers fought against the Zangyack platoons led by Insaan and Barizorg, transformed into Go-Onger, Dynaman and Fiveman.
As the Gokaigers attempted to transformed into Goseigers, Agri and Moune steal their Ranger Keys so their team can regain their powers.
The Goseigers wanted GoseiKnight's Ranger Key to transform Groundion Headder into his usual form, but Captain Marvelous refuses to give it. As a result, both Gokaigers and Goseigers engage in a fight, escalating to even a robo battle betwen Gokai-Ou and GoseiGreat.
As this all happened, Oume Daigoro selling off some anpan at the elementary school and meeting a child with a well preserved DaiDenjin toy.
Oume Daigoro makes his way to the next school before meeting TenKaSei Ryou as he saves a salaryman from being unintentionally run over by Umeko.
After their greetings between Sempai-tachi, the three soon learn that the salaryman lost his job and his inability to sell off a toy replica of the VariVroom made him consider suicide on the street.
Black Cross King revived from the depths of Hell. He enters Zangyack's Gigant Horse and ally with the commander, Waruzu Giru in order to take over the Earth.
As the Gigant Horse arrives, Black Cross King steals all the Ranger Keys from the Gokaigers and summon the three revived monsters.
Black Cross King's revived monsters: Burajira, Dagon and Yogoshimakuritein sends Gokaigers and Goseigers into subspace created by them.
The three subspaces where the Gokaigers and Goseigers are in:
- The office building where Marvelous and Alata is in as all the people from inside the office freezes. Burajira sends Biibi soldiers to hunt down both GokaiRed and GoseiRed. Marvelous and Alata fled off as Burajira uses his mighty power to hunt them down. With the Biibi bugs as a homing device is down, GokaiRed and GoseiRed proceeds to defeat Burajira.
- Edo Era or Kyoto Studio Park where Joe, Luka, Agri and Moune are in for the shooting of a Feudal Japan movie directed by Yogoshimakuritein with the other staffs are Uguts. During a battle between four heroes and Uguts, the shooting of the movie set for 30 minutes before this place is set to blow up. As Luka and Moune said in the same line, they're suit into an Edo era costume be a fan of Yogoshimakuritein but it turns out, Joe and Agri joins as they shoot. GokaiBlue, GokaiYellow, GoseiBlack and GoseiYellow defeat Yogoshimakuritein with a slash.
- Lies at the bridge where Doc, Ahim, Eri and Hyde are getting troubled by Dagon and the Zobils, falls into river, then inside the cave. With their courage, they've work together to defeat Dagon. As the Zobils were defeated at the hands of GoseiBlue's Tensou Technique Camoumirage, GokaiGreen, GokaiPink, GoseiPink and GoseiBlue defeat Dagon with a blast.
The three heroes, however, encourage the salaryman not to lose hope as Ryou offers him a serving of his gyoza.
The three Sentai warriors, along with their various allies, witness the Black Cross King appearing in the sky as he announces that he has their powers of the 33 Super Sentai and will soon acquire the powers of the Gokaigers and Goseigers before enacting his revenge.
With the Gokaigers and Goseigers defeated the revived monsters from the subspace, they return to their space where are welcomed back by Navi and a restored Gosei Knight.
Deciding to accept a team up with the Gosei Angels, Captain Marvelous and his crew face the Black Cross King as he has them fight the animated Ranger Keys.
After a grueling battle, the Gokaigers and Super Goseigers manage to revert their numerous opponents back into Ranger Keys. Upset by the turn of events, yet taking advantage of their weakened state, the Black Cross King assumes his full size to finish the two Sentai teams off himself. However, the Ranger Keys suddenly glow and enveloped the Super Sentai groups in a bright light.
The two teams find themselves surrounded by the Ranger Keys as they are spoken to in spirit by the several Super Sentai warriors, who see the two teams holding the morals and values they themselves strive for.
The past Super Sentai warriors including Daigoro, Ryou and Umeko agree to letting him and his crew have their teams' Grand Powers, Captain Marvelous demands all their aid. Answering his call, the Ranger Keys create the Super Sentai Bazooka which the Gokaigers and the Goseigers use to destroy the Black Cross King before the Ranger Keys fly back into the Gokai Treanger Box.
The Black Cross King, however, reveals his true form as the Black Cross Colossus while proceeding to wreak havoc on Tokyo. Gokai-Ou, GoseiGreat and GoseiGround attempt to stop him, but they are overwhelmed by his attacks with Gosei Knight taken out of the fight.
Amachi Nozomu and the salaryman, remembering the sentai heroes' words, urge the citizens not to lose hope and cheer for the two Super Sentai groups. This support restores Gokai-Ou and GoseiGreat as they are joined by the main giant robo of the other 33 Sentai animated from various items including the salaryman's VariVroom and a schoolboy's DaiDenjin toy.
Though the Black Cross Colossus attempts to counter with Burajira and his Buredoran incarnations, Dagon with fellow Hades Gods Cyclops and Ifrit, and Yogoshimakuritein with two of his followers, they are all destroyed by the Sentai robos.
With the Grand Power of the GoRangers, the Gokaigers have Gokai-Ou combine with VariVroom to form GoRan Gokai-Ou before finishing off the Black Cross Colossus with the Gokai Hurricane Cassiopeia.

Epilogue

With the battle over, the 33 past Super Sentai robos vanish as the crowd thanks the Gokaigers and Goseigers for saving the day.
Later, the Gosei Angels give the Goseiger Keys back to the Gokai Galleon crew while hoping the pirates would begin to love their planet while giving them their Grand Power. As the GokaiGalleon sails off for another adventure, its departure is watched by a man in Silver.

A combination of Gokai-Ou and VariVroom with the use of the AkaRanger's Ranger Key.

Finisher: Gokai Hurricane Cassiopeia ゴーカイハリケーン・カシオペア

A large glowing Gokaiken with five colored stars can only slice half to defeat the Black Cross King (as the true form). This is based on the attack the GoRanger used against the Black Cross King in the final episode, the Hurricane Cassiopeia. Cassiopeia is a constellation that was the key to defeating the Black Cross King, and it is also spelt with the parts of the names of the GoRanger (Kaijou, Shinmei, Ooiwa, Peggy, Asuka initials spell out ka-shi-o-pe-a).

After he was beaten, he assumed his true form as the Black Cross Colossus (黒十字城).

Oume Daigorou's anpan business is called "Denjipan", an homage to Denshi Sentai Denjiman and his love for anpan.
The Ranger Key activation gun used by Black Cross King flashes red, blue, yellow, pink and green - the order of colors of Himitsu Sentai Goranger.
In the scene where Gokai Pink and Super Gosei Pink fire at the pink Super Sentai warriors, Super Gosei Pink yells, "Pink Double Attack Part 2!" The first Pink Double Attack by Gosei Pink was with Shinken Pink in Tensou Sentai Goseiger VS Shinkenger: Epic ON Ginmaku.
When Red One and Red Turbo are talking to the Goseiger and the Gokaiger, they are referencing lines from the opening themes of their respective shows.
