Important things that happened

In the first scene, the Gokaigers are playing the cards called Poker.
Joe is good in playing cards as Captain Marvelous always lose and Navi teases.
A green ship that has a gigalolium cannon, which can burn through the ground, or it can accidentally destroys the planet.
Luka decides that she and Joe infiltrate the green ship, using Boukenger's Scope Shot.
Luka and Joe wears the fake Goumin suits and is having a duel with Sugoumin for a cards. This leads to steal the gigalolium cannon by the other Gokaigers.

His name comes from Yokubari 欲張り which is Japanese for Greed. Fitting.

The way the trump cards, coming from the Gokaiger, stick onto Yokubariido's chest is a reference to trump cards sticking onto the first six 'Devil' MOTW in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai. Furthermore, the Joker trump card has the J.A.K.Q. symbol on it.
At various instances during the episode, Yokubariido's trump cards include sketches of Waruzuru Giru on the Clover King card, Insaan on the Heart Queen card, Zangyack's symbol on the Joker card, and also part of Zangyack's symbol on the back of all cards.
