*Kyomoto Masaki was Ryuuzaki on Garo, a guest on Kamen Rider Black, as well as Hayate Shin on Ultraman. He also sends the ending songs for the first Garo series.
*This special is the first use of the new Agito opening song on TV. After this special, the TV series switches over to the new song for the opening sequence.
*The narrator in the special refers to Agito and Gills as Kamen Riders, but not G3-X.
*The narrator in the special says this is a story about three Kamen Riders. But he doesn't say Kamen Rider in front of G3-X and says "he's a man trying to become a Kamen Rider".
*It's possible that Omuro was the detective in charge of dealing with Kunieda's son's suicide. He recommends Kunieda to Houjou saying that he knew him from a case.
