Important things that happened
- Ryou confronts Shouichi about killing Aki as Agito
- In the final battle of the previous episode, Ryou surprisingly witnessed Shouichi fighting the Cetos Orcinus Unknown as Agito. Even though Ryou loses to the El of Water Unknown as Gills, he guides Shouichi the escape route away from the Unknown. Ryou confronts Shouichi why he killed Aki; Shouichi defends himself by answering by the time he got to her location, he was too late to save her because she was already killed by the Pantheras Magistra Unknown. Ryou sees Shouichi is a man who cannot easily kill a person, so he forgives him.
- Ryou gives Mana the gardening instructions on Shouichi's request. He sees the atmosphere surrounding the Misugi residence, then he admires Shouichi having a warm family to care for him despite being Agito.
- Shouichi
- Shouichi suffers headache and collapses; Ryou takes him to his own apartment for some rest as debts owe to Mana for resurrecting him as well as to Shouichi who took care of him at Aki's apartment when he was suffering pain from transforming into Gills.
- Shouichi asks Ryou what is the meaning behind their battles against the Unknowns; Ryou's only respond is that they should keep fighting and they would eventually grasp the answer.
- Mana encourages Shouichi to stay strong and fight for his own desire; she also tells him don't let the El of Water Unknown's presence scare him or he can't defeat the Unknown. Shouichi eats the salad that she cooked for him and immediately rides to the battle scene where he transforms into a new Agito, Burning Form.
- Majima
- With majority of the Akatsuki-gou members are dead; Majima tries to contact with the rumored Kino who seems to have disappeared without leaving a message. Majima walks into the apartment and finds the place is completely ransacked. At the same time, Majima is under attacked by the Propheta Cruentus Unknown since he is also a member of the Akatsuki-gou.

- Hikawa buys Shouichi a pack of strawberries who wants them mashed with milk and sugar. Hikawa does a clumsy job in mashing the strawberries with milk and sugar; he drops one piece on the floor. Shouichi wants to do the mashing himself, but drops the whole bowl of strawberries because he is not feeling well.
