Important things that happened
- A large silvery object is discovered at the sea shore of Nagoyajima. A boy named Daigo turns one of the dials, causing it to activate. The object is then delivered to Mikumo Sakiko of the OOParts Research Department to solve the mystery.
- The Counter Unidentified Lifeform squad of the police department has completed the development of the G3 suit. Hikawa Makoto serves as the user of the suit. He demonstrates excellent control and fighting ability with the suit during testing.
- Tsugami Shouichi is a young man who suffered from amnesia. Currently, he resides in the Misugi residence for treatment.
- Jouhoku University student, Ashihara Ryou, is talented in swimming. He was caught in a traffic accident when a truck drove in the wrong lane for the attempt to get pass a car.
- A leopard-like monster kills the whole Saeki family. Hikawa deploys as G3 to engage it, however the weapons are not effective enough to defeat the monster.
- A mysterious figure appears and defeats the monster. The monster's comrades call the figure as Agito.

Trivia
- Professor Misugi teaches at Jouhoku University while Ryou is a swimming student for the school. The name is a parody of Jounan University. The kanji for the latter part "nan" means "south", so in Jouhoku, "hoku" means "north".
- Jounan University itself is also a fake university that appears in Kamen Rider and Anime series.
- Reusing locations for filming has become a tradition in Kamen Rider. The OOParts Research Department was used as Police Science Research Institute on Kuuga.
- Shouichi's pun is to exaggerate the meaning of a word. For example, Mana mentions Shouichi was possibly a farmer before his amnesia. In respond, Shouichi says "No" in a manner that people can get confused with the word he says.
- Aside from being part of Counter Unidentified Lifeform squad, Hikawa is a cop. He gains a rival, Houjou Tooru, who acts like he is an expert as a cop.
- When the leopard-like monster appears to kill people, both Shouichi and Ryou suffer extreme pain suddenly.
- G3 does not require a user to do a transformation pose and say "Henshin!" like most Kamen Riders do. Instead, the user only needs to physically apply the battle suit.
- The grip on G3's motorcycle, Guard Chaser, is detachable and attachable. It is similar to Kuuga's motorcycles, TryChaser 2000 and BeatChaser 2000.
