Important things that happened

The Mysterious Young Man wants Sawaki Tetsuya to be his emissary because he was able to kill the first Agito. Sawaki would like to have a portion of the Young Man's power to release humans' supernatural powers. The Mysterious Young Man reluctantly grants a portion of his power to Sawaki even though the man might become his enemy.
Aki approaches one of her Akatsuki-gou friends, Sekiya Masumi, to help her in her plot against the police. Masumi hacks into the police computers to download the report on the Agito Capture Plan, so that Aki can use the information for her attack. Sawaki Tetsuya suddenly appears in front of her and unleashes her power; Aki acts like a killing spree to slaughter any Agito Capture Plan members and finally against Houjou.
The Hanamura Bakery landlord surprisingly discovers Shouichi is still running the bakery business despite Hanamura passed away. He wants to open a ramen shop for a change, so he evicts Shouichi.

Sawaki Tetsuya's real name is Tsugami Shouichi and the current name is just an alias for him to use in public such as writing the name on the hospital visitor card on episode 12.
Sagara Katsuhiko and Masumi watch Aki showing signs of her power awakened; he notices their powers will awaken soon because Aki encountered Agito. Also, nine months have passed since the Akatsuki-gou incident.
Aki uses her power to kill one of her victims, Nakano Hirokazu, by destroying his innards. Kouno describes the murder is the same method as the Kazaya Nobuyuki murder case he has been investigating.
