Important things that happened
- The police officials review Houjou's Capture Agito Plan report and learn Shouichi is the wanted Agito. Even since learning Shouichi's identity, Ozawa requests he should be left alone; it will be a mistake to confine him for experiments while the Unknowns cause casualties in the public area. The police officials approval the request; they want Houjou to stop investigating Agitos, but assign him to further investigate the big mystery in a different point of view.
- Hikawa is in a desperate effort to find the real Agito's human form. Both Ozawa and Houjou try to convince him the fact that Shouichi is Agito; Hikawa keeps saying Agito is not that kind of man. Hikawa consults Shouichi and Mana about it; he gets interrupted by an urgent phone call which requires him to deploy as G3-X to stop Another Agito from attacking Majima and Ryou. Shouichi catches up the battle as Agito, but is forced to let his guard down when Another Agito points G3-X's GM-01 gun at Ryou. Defeated by a gunpoint situation, Agito reverts back to Shouichi and G3-X recognizes Shouichi is Agito in a surprise.
- Ryou's condition is getting worse with Majima being helpless. Sawaki advices the only way to save him is to have Majima giving up his own Agito power and transferring it to Ryou. Even though Majima agrees to transfer his power to Ryou, he accepts he will not become Agito and he can live his life normally. Majima tells Kino that he gave up his own Agito power, but Kino tails him to the secret hideout and then attacks Ryou as Another Agito. Ryou awakens a new Gills, Exceed Gills.

- The river which Majima and Ryou cross in this episode is the same river that Houjou ran across after abandoning the G3 System on episode 10. The river is also the same location where Ryou was killed by Sagara on episode 27.
- G3-X uses his hook attachment weapon, which is a rare sight. It's featured in the TV-kun special video.
- At the yakiniku joint, Hikawa realizes that Ozawa knows Agito's true identity. Ozawa mentions Tsugami Shouichi, to which Omuro replies that he doesn't know who that is, and conjectures it's Ozawa's boyfriend's name. This lead to a running gag of Hikawa being confused as to why people are mentioning Shouichi.
- Majima meets with Kino in a movie theater. The anime showing portrays a girl and a whale, continuing the sea motiff in the series.
- The anime is Hakujaden (白蛇伝) also known as "Panda and the Magic Serpent" by Toei Animation.
