*Mana deciphers Yukina's letter, revealing Yukina was controlled by an unknown power to compose the letter.
;The Akatsuki-gou event
*Shouichi discovers Yukina's letter addressed to a man named Tsugami Shouichi (currently known as Sawaki Tetsuya) during his cleaning. So, he takes a trip aboard the Akatsuki-gou ferry to find the man.
*Suddenly, the ferry is caught in stormy weather. The white clothed Mysterious Young Man appears in front of the passengers and warns them about the upcoming danger. Then, he bestows his power to the passengers.
*The El of Water appears and attacks. The power within Shouichi awakens and transforms him into Agito. In his brief fight against the El of Water, Shouichi is defeated and is knocked into the ocean.
*The El of Water curses the rest of the passengers, saying that death will soon fall upon them if their powers awaken.

*Long ago, there was a battle between the powers of Light and Darkness.
