Important things that happened

  • Kizaki used a diversionary tactic by having one of his subordinates dressed up as Naoki which Haruto took the bait but Medusa realized this and had Phoenix follow the division while Gargoyle targets the real Naoki.
  • Kizaki tells Haruto about how Naoki's father and himself were investigating a string of disappears which they discover the green magic stone and the existance of Phantoms. They overhear a conversation between Gargoyle, Phoenix, and Medusa which Medusa gives orders to convert Naoki into a Phantom to Gargoyle.
  • Naoki's father tells Kizaki to protect Naoki with his all as he tries to stop Gargoyle but was killed by him.
  • Gargoyle tells Naoki that he kill his father and blames him for it. This revealtion calls Naoki to fall into despair and starts the process of becoming a Phantom.
  • Haruto saves Naoki which makes Kizaki grateful and gets the green magic stone and releases Wajima.
