• Apparently the origami that Nitou's grandmother gives Shunpei in the last episode is something that she does often with Nitou.
• Medusa's former hideout appears to be named Bird Bowl.
• When Medusa is fighting Wizard, she gets a perfect strike using Wizard as a bowling ball.
• Weretiger continues the theme of Beast's enemies being combinations of animals. In this case, Weretiger is a cross between a tiger and a human. It is considered a type of lycanthrope.
• Nitou's grandmother folds a lion origami for him (in the flashback it's a samurai's helmet). At the end, Shunpei folds a paper airplane, Haruto a crane, Wajima a windmill, and the girls fold flowers.
