Important things that happened
- Gamou transforms into Sagittarius Zodiarts and easily defeats Fourze and Meteor. However, Ran refuses to join him. So he leaves to give her time to reconsider.
- Kengo collapses and enters a white space. All of Fourze and the Horoscopes Switches enter him, forming a Switch in his right hand. He presses it and we hear the sound of a baby crying.
- They bring Ran and Hayami to Rabbit Hutch for safekeeping.
- Leo Zodiarts kidnaps Haru and brings him to the beach. He tells Ran to come alone with the Pisces Switch.
- Ran starts fighting with Leo, but is attacked from behind by Fourze, who turns out to be Libra Zodiarts in disguise. Apparently, Hayami was faking it all this time to make the Pisces Switch mature.
- Gamou appears and puts all 12 Horoscopes Switches together. This creates the Dark Nebula warp gate above him.
- However, Kengo appears and reveals that Sagittarius has zero offensive ability in that moment and that is the one chance they have for defeating him. Fourze goes to defeat him, but is blocked by Hayami, who is knocked into the Dark Nebula and explodes.
- Gentarou points out that Hayami protected Gamou out of friendship. When Gamou denies this, Kengo becomes furious and starts emitting a white light, cancelling out Gamou's warp gate.
- Sagittarius and Leo retreat. The Rider Club gather around Kengo, who is glowing strangely. The strange Switch from the beginning of the episode appears hovering over his chest.

Trivia
- Ran's Horoscopes Switch isn't fully matured, so it's blue instead of the usual red color.
- Yuuki's phone ring is the squeak noise that Hayabusa-kun makes.
- There was a beach fight near the end of OOO's run too. Must be one of the benefits to having Rider series end at the end of summer.
- Sazanami Beach means "beach of ripples".
- According to the flashback, Gamou picked out Virgo, then Libra, and then Leo in that order.
- When Hayami is pretending to be on the Rider Club side, he refers to Gamou with no honorific. As soon as he changes sides, he's back to calling him Gamou-sama and okata which means "man of respect, great man".
