Important things that happened
- Tendou officially joins ZECT. He reveals the truth to the organization that he is the mysterious Kabuto user they have been looking for.
- Tendou collects Zecters from their owners, stating it is necessary to protect Hiyori from both ZECT and Worms. Tendou also doesn't trust anyone in his quest to protect his dear little sister, not even Kagami.
- Takatori Renge is assigned to be Tendou's personal assistant. Actually, Mishima tasks her to spy on Tendou's activities within ZECT.
- The disgraced Yaguruma returns as Kamen Rider Kick Hopper, he no longer believes in his Perfect Harmony philosophy.
