ZECT is in the process of developing the Gatack Zecter. Tadokoro is selected to test himself for obtaining the power, but he failed.
- Many died after failing the test and the Gatack Zecter violently attacks the disqualifiers.
ZECT investigates a case of Worm operating in a factory. Kagami infiltrates the place, meets a boy named Makoto and befriends with him.
Kagami wants power to save Makoto, he is enticed to test himself whether he is worthy for the Gatack Zecter.

A tarantula type Worm.
This Worm guards a factory from ZECT for secret activities. Later, It mimics Kagami.

Kagami Riku wants his own son, Kagami, to test himself for obtaining the Gatack power.
- He mentions about Abraham who was willing to sacrifice lives to lead a new religion to God.
Gatack is claimed to be the strongest Rider among the rest of the Riders.
Kuwashiro Takaaki later portrays Katayama Naoki on Kamen Rider Wizard episodes 10 and 11.
