Trivia
- King starts abbreviating Nobuharu's name to Nossan. Nobuharu doesn't like this, because it sounds like Ossan (old man).
- However, they're really laying on the old man jokes in this episode. Nossan has at least three instances of doing "old man gags".
- Torin mentions Guardians. In ZyuRanger, the mecha were called Guardian Beasts.
- Nossan mentions that Deinochaser rampages, maybe a small reference to Abaranger.
Actor Trivia
- Haruta Junichi, known for his roles as sentai hero, GoggleBlack, DynaBlack and an antagonist Doctor Prospect of Kamen Rider W Returns.
- Haruta plays Souji's dad, Genryuu. Genryuu means "origin of the way" or "founder of the school" which is fitting for his title.
