- Kanzaki Shirou instates a three day time limit for the Rider Battle to finish, no wishes will be granted if there is no victory.
- Reiko also got herself a copy of Kanzaki Shirou's research notes from her investigation in America.
- She concludes Mirror Monsters attacking people is the answer to the chain of disappearances that her leads always got her lost.
- Reiko suspects Shinji probably has been investigating the same case when she realizes he is currently staying at Tea Atori.
- She witnesses Shinji's transformation into Ryuki and she eventually understands the meaning of Kamen Riders.
- Yui remembers her parents locked her in a room when she was young. During that time, both herself and Kanzaki Shirou drew Mirror Monsters together, decorating the room with drawings. She somehow passed out and she wasn't responding to her brother at all.

- Kanzaki Shirou has the Riders assemble together in a church to warn them about the time limit they are given. This is the same church that was used during the Ryuki movie.
- When Kitaoka is hospitalized, both Shimada and Megumi bought him some presents. One of the present is the small version of the doll that Shimada got on Ep 09.
