Important things that happened

During Asakura's transport back to Kantou Prison, he uses Metalgelas to attack the officers in the transfer van.
Ren pursues Asakura to fight him. Before he can reach Asakura however, Yui informs Ren that Eri has awakened from her coma. Ren rushes to the hospital to see Eri.
Because it was Kitaoka's idea to cover all of the windows in the transfer van with newspapers, Reiko suspects Kitaoka might be aware of something related to the ongoing disappearances.
Tiger stops Genocider with his Freeze Vent and defeats Ouja using his Final Vent. The unconscious Asakura is taken back to Kantou Prison.
Yui is suddenly dragged into the Mirror World.

Oomori-zaka

The police station where Asakura is held captive is actually located somewhere nearby the Oomori-zaka roadway. The roadway can't be clearly seen due to shaky camera and it is not directly the focus at that time. There are two scenes confirming that filming did take place there.
- The windshield of Ren's motorcycle helmet reflects the roadway and a news crew standing by.
- A stranger pushes Yui over and she nearly gets hit by a car. The car misses her and drives directly towards the roadway.
While Shinji searches the TV channel, Ganbare!! Robocon and Getter Robo briefly appear on the TV screen.
Ryuki Survive uses the Guard Vent card, however the production mistakely recorded the voice for the card as Advent.

Kasyu Toshiki makes a cameo on a show airing on Kitaoka's TV. He portrayed protagonist Tsugami Shouichi / Kamen Rider Agito on Kamen Rider Agito. His cameo is most likely a clip from a non tokusatsu TV Drama that he's part of.
