Shibaura takes control of ORE Journal.
Shibaura uses Ryuki's Contract Card as a bargain to increase the Rider Battle's excitement.
Ren visits Eri at the hospital, who is still in a coma. He promises her that he will win the Rider Battle.
As ORE Journal's subscriber count increases, Shibaura hopes to bring all of Japan into his fighting game for his amusement.
- Unfortunately for Shibaura, Shimada uploads a virus to Shibaura's computer, which prevents him from starting the game.
Knight and Gai face off, while Raia tries to stop their fight. He takes back Ryuki's Contract Card from Gai and returns it to Shinji.
Shinji and Tezuka work together to stop the Rider Battle. Ryuki destroys Wiskraken with his Final Vent.
Knight prepares to deal the final blow to Gai.
