Important things that happened
- Kagawa calls his family to ensure their safety and is relieved to hear they are alright. Toujou suspects Kagawa has betrayed his philosophy on heroism because of this.
- Asakura seeks revenge on Toujou for defeating him in their previous fight.
- Reiko continues to investigate Room 401 at Seimeiin University, with Kitaoka accompanying her. Later, they are attacked by Toujou, who intends to keep the lab's secrets as safe as possible.
- Kitaoka loses consciousness after his fight with Tiger. Ren takes him to the hospital, where he learns about Kitaoka's illness from the doctor.
- Sano Mitsuru introduces himself as Kamen Rider Imperer.
- Sano proposes an alliance with Shinji and Ren in exchange for money, but gets kicked out of Atori. He then tries the same proposition with Kagawa and Toujou at Room 401.
