- Alternative makes his first appearance. He is sent by Kagawa to attack Yui. Ryuki arrives in time to defend Yui from Alternative.
- Eri's doctor notes that her sudden awaken remains a mystery. He tells Ren to be prepared because she could fall back into a coma at anytime.
- Kitaoka drives Reiko to the Kantou Prison, so she can question Asakura about his escape from the transfer van.
- Eri wants to know the aftermath of Kanzaki Shirou's experiment she went through in Room 401. Ren avoids telling her the truth about what happened on the day when the lab was attacked.
- Eri sets out to find the answers on her own, but encounters the Buzzstinger Mirror Monsters who try to attack her. She is saved by Ren and is shocked to see him transform into Knight.
- A young man enters Tea Atori to begin an interview with Sanako for a part-time job. The young man is revealed to be one of Kagawa's colleagues, Toujou Satoru.
