Important things that happened

Ren's girlfriend, Ogawa Eri, is a student at Seimeiin University. She was involved in Kanzaki Shirou's experiment relating to Mirror World alongside Ejima Hitoshi. However, the experiment resulted in failure after Darkwing appeared and attacked the lab.
- Darkwing's attack caused Eri to fall into a coma, and Ejima to fall into a mental disorder.
- Ren made a promise to Eri that he would pick her up from the lab on that day, but he witnessed the attack. He accepted Kanzaki Shirou's offer to fight in the Rider Battle so that he can save Eri's life.
Ejima accidentally dropped the Seal Card that he has been carrying around. He seeks Kanzaki Shirou for his help while being attacked by the Terabiter Mirror Monster.
Nakamura Hajime and Ejima revealed that Kanzaki Shirou's mysterious experiment was meant for Yui. Both of them blame Yui for being the cause of everything around them.
Terabiter is destroyed by Ryuki's and Knight's Final Vent attacks.
Ren visits Eri at the hospital. Eri has been in a coma since Darkwing's attack.

Experiments on the Mirror World were conducted by Kanzaki Shirou and Ejima in room 401 of Seimeiin University.
- The day of Darkwing's attack occurred in this room.
Ren regains his memories in this episode after having flashbacks of Eri, Darkwing's attack, and Kanzaki Shirou offering him his Card Deck.
When Ren visits Eri in the hospital, Darkwing attempts to attack Eri, who was already in a coma. Ren smashes the mirror, preventing its attempt.
Ejima dies after he was attacked by Terabiter. Before dying, he blamed Yui for the tragedies that resulted from Kanzaki Shirou's experiments on the Mirror World.
