Tsurugi puts his real efforts in protecting Misaki from the Cassis Worm. She is convinced by the fact that he is in love with her.
Tendou realizes that Hiyori does want to return home when he looked at her torn drawing.
Tendou acknowledges Kagami as an ally after he sacrificed his body so much to defend Area Z in his absence.

Cassis Worm Gladius (カッシスワーム・グラディウス): Nogi Reiji returns from his defeated and he gets an upgrade. His new special ability is being able to copy any Rider finishers.

Kageyama returns as TheBee. However, his role didn't last long because the TheBee Zecter remains its loyalty to Yaguruma.
The imposter Tendou says the inverse direction of Tendou's "Walking the path of heaven" phrase: I’m not walking the path of Heaven.
