Kagawa calls his family to ensure their safety and is relieved to hear they are alright. Toujou suspects Kagawa has betrayed his philosophy on heroism because of this action.
Asakura seeks revenge on Toujou for defeating him in their previous fight.
Reiko continues to investigate Room 401 at Seimeiin University, with Kitaoka accompanying her. Later, they are attacked by Toujou, who intends to keep the lab's secrets as safe as possible.
Sano Mitsuru introduces himself as Kamen Rider Imperer.
