Story

Gaou took control of the DenLiner. He intends to find the GaohLiner.
Ryoutarou meets his younger self and loses his memories.
Due to memories lost, Momotaros fails his attempt to enter Ryoutarou's body and transform into Den-O.
After obtaining the GaohLiner, Gaou begins to erase time and the singular point.
Ryoutarou's memories finally return.

Trivia

Hana suddenly wears different casual clothes after she exposed her disguise as Senhime.
Snake is the theme of the Cobra Imagin. It matches the voice actor, Hagino Takashi, his role as Asakura Takeshi / Kamen Rider Ouja on Kamen Rider Ryuki.
This is the second and final Kamen Rider movie directed by Nagaishi Takao who passed away during the year of 2013.

Actor Trivia

Mizoguchi Takuya replaces Satoh Takeru in portraying Nogami Ryoutarou after Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O the Movie: Final Countdown.
This is the only Den-O movie featuring Shiratori Yuriko as Hana. Matsumoto Tamaki replaces Shiratori as Kohana in the later Den-O episodes and movies.
Watanabe Hiroyuki portrayed Ishimuro Akio on Ultraman Gaia.
Kawaguchi Shingo portrayed Todoroki / Kamen Rider Todoroki on Kamen Rider Hibiki.
