The Kamen Rider Den-O fall movie.
Catchphrase:
- The final Den-O. The key to the future is Ryoutarou.

Story
- The Taros and Hana were ambushed by Kamen Rider Yuuki. They notice Yuuki is actually Ryoutarou who is being controlled by the Ghost Imagin.
- Nogami Koutarou and Teddy make their first appearance.
- Temporarily without Yuuto and Deneb, the DenLiner crew travels to save Ryoutarou.
- Shirou intends to turn upside down between the world of living and the world of death.
- Momotaros sacrifices himself to the point of death in order to free Ryoutarou from being controlled. He is revived shortly after.
- The climax battle against Shirou starts, after Ryoutarou is freed from the Ghost Imagin's control.
- With a change of heart, Koutarou starts to respect his grandfather and decides to fight together.

Trivia
- The café compartment and the exterior of the DenLiner are redecorated to accommodate New Den-O's appearance.
- Koutarou's name sounds like young Ryoutarou's name, Kotarou, named by Momotaros on the first Den-O movie. There is a difference in their names; Koutarou (良太郎) and Kotarou (小太郎).
- Satoh Takeru reprises his role as Nogami Ryoutarou for the last time until Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FOREVER. The role is given to Mizoguchi Takuya for future Den-O related movies.
- This is the first Heisei Rider movie to have both the Blu-ray and DVD released in the retail as Toei had decided to embrace into HD quality. The previous Heisei Rider movies were also released in Blu-ray sometime later in 2009.
Corrections
- 01:57 - should be “W-what is that train?!”. (fixed in DC at 02:26)
- 18:20 - remove “-tachi”.
- 36:03 - remove “-tachi”.
- 45:33 - remove “-tachi”.
- 59:50 - change the Den-O logo into Zeronos logo at “Charge and Up”. Then, add “Liner Form” at the right side of the screen.
