Important things that happened

Ryoutarou is getting fatigued after Den-O's battle.
Ryoutarou officially named the red Imagin Momotaros, though the Imagin doesn't like it.
Momotaros took the chance to possess Ryoutarou when Ryoutarou is unconscious, becoming M-Ryoutarou.
M-Ryoutarou befriends Yamagoshi, a freelance guitarist who went broke. They set up a job to rob the debt collectors who hassled them that morning.
Ryoutarou wakes up and drives Momotaros away. Without Momotaros, Ryoutarou and Yamagoshi are unable to fight and are surrounded.

This episode is the debut of the ending theme "Double-Action".
