- Sakakibara Kouichi, whose apartment is checked by Shinji, appears in Kamen Rider Ryuki Special: 13 Riders
- Because of the hole in the paper covering the window and the appearance of Dragreder, it's likely that Sakakibara disappeared because he was devoured.
- After Dragreder breaks the apartment window, the landlord says "When it rains, it pours." (泣き面に蜂 Literally means A crying face attracts bees.)
