Important things that happened

Detective Sudou Masashi reveals himself to be Scissors. He and Kaga worked together for some dirty work, Sudou killed the man because he didn't like Kaga's demand for more payment. Kanzaki Shirou approached Sudou and offered him a chance to fight in the Rider Battle as Scissors.
Knight breaks Scissors' Card Deck during their battle, which terminates Scissors' contract with Volcancer. As a result of this, Scissors is consumed by Volcancer. Ryuki destroys Volcancer with his Final Vent.
Knight tells Ryuki there are a total of thirteen Card Decks. With Scissors gone, there are twelve Riders left.
The fourth Kamen Rider appears.

When a Rider's Contract Card is destroyed, the Mirror Monster would turn on the Rider for breaking the contract. This happens when Scissors' Card Deck shatters into pieces.
