Important things that happened
- Eiji, Gotou, and Satonaka stage a surprise attack on Maki's mansion. Initially successful but in the end, the attack cost them all the Core Medals except four of them and the ones inside of Eiji.
- Ankh seems likely is becoming more like a human while Eiji is becoming more like a Greeed.
- Mezool and Gamel are fully revived while Uva is still missing one Medal from full revival.
- Mezool begins to take mother and child pairs, so she devour them for the love they possess. OOO defeats her by cracking the Medals that contained her essence.

- The Episode Title refers to Eiji and Gotou's attack on Maki's mansion, Birth's Prototype form, and Mezool's desire.
- This is the first appearance of Birth's Prototype form. It has red spots all over and can only use Crane Arm and Breast Cannon.
- Before Maki turns into his Greeed form, his right arm was in that state and glowing purple. His doll's right arm was also glowing purple as well.
