- Characteristics/Powers: 羽根をリボン状に変化させて操る、羽根を刺した人間を操る
- Based on a gamecock, it was created from Shimoda Tomoko's desire of controlling everything. It attacks people who break the rules of the neighborhood association. In combat, it uses a Muay Thai fighting style and can create ribbons to bind opponents or protect itself from attacks.
