Trivia
- The episodes titles are arranged in sets of three phrases. It's a reference to how OOO uses three Medals to transform into OOO.
- The reference of threes continued during the opening narration of the previous episode of the first part of a two parter. The narrator gives three key points that happened in the previous episode.
- After the OP sequence and eyecatch, there's a special sequence just before going to the episode title where the Medal count for OOO is shown. It's unique to OOO. Also this sequence is slightly different in episode 27 and 28 due to the 999th and 1000th episode of Kamen Rider. This Medal count is shown at the end of the episode before the preview and updating it when necessary.
